Biography
Laika Jowanna is a Jedi knight, environmental scientist, scholar, and devotee of ancient Jedi ways. She believes in the Jedi Code whole-heartedly, with very little nuance. When the war began she was in her late twenties, and shortly after she took a Padawan, Gori, who's master perished at Geonosis. As a Master, she was strict and distant, but caring nonetheless. This extended not just to her Padawan, but her troops as well.
Laika grew up with fellow Jedi Konni Nafai, and the two of them had an on-again-off-again relationship, which weighed heavy on Laika's conscience. She struggled with interpreting the teachings of the Jedi for herself. She saw herself as steady, dedicated, and disciplined. Others saw her as harsh.
